Christian yoga is what most Christians practise especially in Eastern and Western Countries. This is also part of their discipline to stay faithful and devoted to God. That is what differentiate it from normal yoga although it still leads to healing your mind and body. But most importantly, it helps to enlighten your thoughts and build your self-confidence within.
Although there are many public and private classes teaching Yoga in US, not many come closer to help students achieve overall benefits physically, mentally and emotionally.
There is a myth that it is only reserved for devoted Christians, but that is not true. If you are willing to give yourself time and a chance to try out, you can achieve much more than you think.
Its origins dated back to the period of the Upanishads. Devised by Hindus, it started out as religious practice of Hinduism which included certain disciplines that anyone can obtain freedom from human restrictions, rigid traditions, negativity and other bondages.
Despite the fact that Hindus are the originators, its practices are so worldwide that they can adjust to most surroundings and culture.
The yoga has been known and practised by many people around the world despite of age and experience. The spirit and love which ignited early Christian beliefs has been ever present in both men and women in church today.
Christian yoga is about revealing few of those possibilities which contain latent. They really are so amazing that most early Christians were willing to sacrifice everything - including their lives - just to keep the doors open for people like you and me to claim them. Other than that, they have a choice to be open and willing to dedicate themselves to Christianity whether it is yoga or worshipping God as a whole.
For Easterners especially Asians, it is not another workout exercise to be taken for granted. In fact the objective is to witness and experience the healing of Yoga mentally, physically and spiritually. Still the price for doing that is to humble yourself and do exactly what you are told without asking why.
It is also mentioned time and again in the New Testament throughout Jesus's lifetime. It shows you step-by-step how exactly you can transform your looks and life. Since Jesus promised heaven and eternal who acknowledges and do what he says. Learning it should be easy for you without any hiccups along the way.
